SEEK ALMS (Acoustic Leaking Monitoring System)

SEEK ALMS uses data analysis techniques, introduces DCS/SCADA real-time production data through independent algorithms, and monitors the operation safety of oil and gas pipelines in real-time based on acoustic principles in accordance with national laws and regulations and industry standards. Meanwhile, the system combines emergency command and GIS technology, and uses explosion-proof removable inspection equipment to achieve closed-loop safety management and protect the pipelines.

SEEK ALMS Structure

SEEK installed at each end of the pipeline will receive super-low frequency acoustic wave. When a leak or a rupture occurs, SEEK site processors will immediately receive the wave vibration of the pipeline medium caused by the leak and CentralPRO will, according to the profiles in the comparative database, confirm whether a leak has happened on the pipeline and work out the data such as the amount of the leak; Meanwhile, CentralPRO will verify the leak location during the time difference when SEEK site processors at both ends of the pipeline are sending signals.
